Michael Dym is an attorney engaged in private practice. During the last twenty years he has represented thousands of purchasers and sellers of properties in Manhattan.
Mr. Dym is a former Administrative Law Judge for the City of New York and is an experienced real estate litigator. He has served on the adjunct faculties of New York University's Real Estate Institute, Pratt Institute and the New York Real Estate Institute where he lectured on numerous real estate related topics. Mr. Dym has also served on the Real Property Committee of the New York County Lawyer's Association.
Mr. Dym is an author and a merit award recipient for pro bono services to the Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection.
